Let your raging rivers of desire
For your children come crashing through my heart
Oh God of passion and desire
Burn in me your eternal flame
The flame of love for your children
That I may be the bearer of your words
Spoken from your heart charged with life giving force.

And where your children have lost the way
In darkness they hide now surrounded
By Hyena whose intent is their demise
May I pass these demons unhindered
Penetrate there defense and walls
To snatch them from their strongholds fashioned of fears

Turn my eyes from the evil
Lurking within their thoughts
Only to see your glory hidden deep within
Veiled and concealed even to themselves
Pass through me your affections as roaring white waters
That will satisfy there thirst
To be loved by you the most high God
That they may receive
Your passionate love for them
And that they may know You into all eternity

Woe to the people of the earth
Woe to the mother who gives birth
Woe to the man who turns his back on Jesus
In the last days

Thousands will die in the famine and the fight
The sun will be darkened and the moon will give no light
And all who stand in the name of Jesus will be saved
In the last days

Earthquakes will shatter the buildings to the ground
False prophets and Christs with miracles be found
But the son of man will come as a flash from the east to the west
In the last days

Oh we living, yes we are living
In the last days

God is tender
I will praise Him forever-more
He understands my frailties
He knows their cause
Being kind to me brings Him joy
And He brings me flowers of mercy every day
He removes the scars of my offence gone past
In my stumbling He smoothes the way
My hurts He gently patches up
He puts me on my feet
Upon roads of righteousness he sets my course
He turns my face to look upon His
And his glory draws me near to Him

He comforts me
He restores my soul
And He releases me to fly free in the wind
To spend all the days of my life
Silently in His presence like a plant I grow
By the glow of His Shekinah glory

I will reflect His beauty
And point the way
To the place of completed salvation
That they too may know Him as I do
His delight is in me
My delight is in Him
And because of this
I delight in you.

In the precepts that you delight in
Loving-kindness
Righteousness and Judgment

You have covered my rebellion with Grace and see it no more
As John laid his head upon your breast
Lead me to the spiritual shepherds and fathers
Who after your own heart
Will feed me knowledge understanding and Judgment

December 2010

South Africa, three and a half years ago Ann and I were deeply entrenched and successful in business activity, for spiritual enrichment we attended a home fellowship. In this season, God presented us with an opportunity that would forever change our lives.

The anointing on our ministry had regressed somewhat and spiritually we were in a backslidden lukewarm state, slightly disillusioned with God, having laid down our music and ministry some seven or eight years prior. We had received a prophecy that we would minister around the world from a home base in South Africa which did not manifest fast enough for my liking. I had also given up on a vision of rebuilding the tabernacle of David.
Although I was disappointed in God, He did not let up on His word to us, so in this state of spiritual lethargy, He chose to summon us, a position as Music Director of a Baptist Church in Florida USA opened up, and was being offered us through my sister Marilyn.

After realizing the offer was for real my mind became a city lit up with neon lights flashing every which way. For six months thereafter we hardly slept as we negotiated and renegotiated the terms and conditions of acceptance with the Church and US immigration. During this period we simultaneously disposed of our businesses home and motor cars. Literally everything that could tie us down was severed. Rebuilding the tabernacle of David waxed stronger as agreement with the Church included ministry in this direction.

I can-not think of any other time ever when life looked so charged with promise, when our aircraft touched ground in Tampa and later driving down the Suncoast highway to our new home in Spring Hill, ‘this must be heaven, thank you Jesus’ mulled through my head, over and over.
Within ten days of arrival the dream we envisaged crashed, as we plunged into to the most unimaginable bizarre realities. It was what I term a high tension culture shock of the horrific kind. Nonetheless we survived, didn’t think we would, but did.

I am tempted to share the details here but will reserve this epic reminiscence for a book someday, as anything less would not do it any true justice. And yes, it was a God thing, we were in His crucible not heaven. I submit a brief metaphorical overview.

Initially, Ann and I were under the impression that we were called to impart, and this we did, but out of this process a greater purpose emerged, we became the recipients of a much higher impartation.
So, unbeknown to our initial intent, we were taken into a process that took us infinitely deeper into the realms of our own personal understanding and relationship with God.

Our walk resembled a walk down a corridor lined with doors. One door at a time would be open to us. Every room was packed with treasures for the taking, but to appropriate the treasure we had to pass a trial. The treasures were presented as experiences that opened up opportunities to receive revelation knowledge, wisdom, learning and understanding. Passing to the next room depended on whether we applied the wisdom and learning received.

We count it an honor to have been chosen to be the recipients of this unique education teaching us much about man’s relationship with God in our present age. An education that could not be acquired through books; best described as divine insight, of which design was to equip us to be end time revivalists, in pursuit of intimacy with Him as a means to appropriating His power, to the bringing of this current age to its foreordained conclusion, restoring the tabernacle of David.

Our stay in the USA has also yielded exponential growth in area’s of our own personal relationship with Father, our ministry, and with each other as a family unit. Friendships have been forged here that will last into eternity with people of deep sincerity, who unashamedly loved on us and bore us up when the road became rocky. We would not have completed this marathon without them at our sides. We salute you.

That we have been prepared for a specific task requiring specific understanding is without question or doubt in our hearts and minds.

As of now, we are in the corridor once again; in transit to the next door.
And, unless God directs us to a different room, into which event we will gladly enter, the open door visible to us leads to our home base in South Africa.

There we will relentlessly seek the face of God and intercede on His behalf for the establishing of a 24/7 House of Prayer and worship (a vision birthed in my heart in 1986 after attending a School of Psalmody) A vestibule and means to intimacy with God, for those who thirst for the living water and a desire to become men and women after God’s own heart. To have a faith based primarily on His loving heart towards man. This to be the foundation and source of all else that God extends to us in His word.
A place where men and women may freely fall madly in love with God; This love to become the central power source that will drive them to want to gaze into His eyes for strength and compassion when they sin, falter or fall.

We have no other desire for our lives but to minister unto God and make disciples of this cause, serve man but be accountable to God. Where in the world we are to establish this house of prayer and worship is irrelevant to us, as long as it bears the seal of God’s approval and presence upon it.

We are end time warriors assigned to the end times Church, our task, to tear down spiritual dominions of darkness that pervades over the current age in the hearts of men. We have, and still are being prepared for the great and awesome battle that lies ahead. Forewarned by scripture and forearmed with truth we now stand as we await our soon to come orders, with a sure assurance of imminent victory.

Although every single human encounter contributed to the lattice of our new found understanding, many people along the way also became friends as mentioned earlier, and there in secret, unselfishly partnered with us as they gave not out of their abundance, but from the little they had, so that we could worship study work sleep eat and move around unhindered during our time here.
These precious souls will share with us in the victories of our ministry, by faith they effectively partnered with God when they partnered with us. We are truly grateful for their contributions towards our preparation. Our faith has been reinforced by their faith in us.

We are aware that our return could be construed by some concerned for us as returning to the flesh pots of Egypt. This we have meditated upon at length searching our hearts and motives with careful consideration, our conclusion is, if we were returning to a past lifestyle this would be the case, but we are not, we are only just entering ministry as revealed by the learning and events that followed our arrival on American soil.
We continue the walk of faith, knowing that we cannot please Father without it. We have tasted the nectar of Canaan, why would we return to Egypt in South Africa when the Egypt in America has so much more to offer in terms of profit, even as illegal aliens.

We do not see our leaving as being a permanent severance from the people we have come to love so much, as the prophecy received over ten years ago stipulated, we will be travelling extensively throughout the world, with a home base in South Africa. We will see you again, I believe that.
We are not saying goodbye, simply relocating, we will be in contact with most of our friends here via facebook as well as publishing a monthly email newsletter of our progress.

During our stay in the US our son Raymond has ministered at various Churches in Spring Hill, independently from us. He has saved up any offerings received from his ministry to buy himself his first motor car. He has kindly loaned us his savings to join with funds of our own so that by booking in advance we could acquire low cost airline tickets.
We will also be shipping our music instruments to South Africa to continue ministry there, the combined costs to relocate to South Africa amounts to $ 4 200.

We are asking as we have an extraordinary need, any contribution from anyone who feels led and able to help us in our relocation process will contribute towards what God intends to do with our lives from this moment on.

We have been in Florida almost 3 years, the time of a season I am told. We have approximately six months to go on our visa’s.

The question therefore is, where will God have us go next? We are being tested in our patience and prepared in our obiedience to be ready and willing to move in a moments notice. As soldiers are willing to give their lives for their country so we too are willing to give our lives and die if need be for the cause of the Kingdom of Christ.

Please pray with us to continiously be aware of open heavens and the manifest presence of God in our lives.
